2008 Corporate Team Rules

1. Minimum number of participants to request a coupon code  (10)

2. Minimum number of participants for team to be eligible for corporate age group awards  (5)

3. Minimum number of participants to be eligible for group photo shoot  (15)

4. Deadline date to request set up of a corporate team  (April 4)

5. Deadline date to request a coupon code  (April 4)

6. Expiration date for use of coupon codes  (Noon, April 16)

7. Deadline date to be able to transfer people from general registration to corporate team  (April 18)

8. Deadline date to send invoices for corporate teams using coupon codes (April 16)

9. Deadline date to receive payment for use of coupon codes  (April 23)

10. Corporate team packets are to be picked up by the Team Captain on Saturday morning. A few teams may choose pickup on Friday at the pavilion and this is fine as long as you plan to distribute packets to your team members the day before.

11. Minimum number of participants for corporation to be eligible for corporate awards  (5)

12. Spouses registered under a corporate team must be a paid employee of the corporation to be eligible for corporate team awards.

13. Any participant using a bib number that is not issued to them will be disqualified from the results and any awards accordingly.

14. Any changes that need to be made regarding an individual or corporate entry MUST be made by 9:00 AM Race Day (Saturday).

Coupon Codes are assigned to Fit For Fun schools and Corporate teams that pay the registration fees for their participants. They are sent an invoice by email.
