Hi,

Attached is a volunteer group application for the 2010 Get-in-Gear Race. My Girl Scout troop (Troop 51885, 9^th graders) is just beginning their fund-raising efforts to support an international service project, in the early planning stage for summer 2012. If you are still in need of volunteer groups, I hope you will consider their application.

You may remember my older Girl Scout troop (Troop 51882, currently 12^th graders) who helped with your race last year to earn money for their Costa Rican service project.

These girls completed their service project in June 2009. They put the race money toward purchasing a peace pole for the village park and buying many books and supplies for the village school.
