After a successful first year launching, we are pleased to continue to offer training programs for both our 5K and 10K for our beginner and intermediate level participants.  These training programs are provided by the Active Family Network.

Pricing for these plans is $12.98 - $14.98 for beginners and $24.95 for intermediate and advanced plans.

Start Dates are March 3, 2008 for the 8 week program or February 18, 2008 for the 10 week program.
